Personal geography

I'm taking poetic license with psychogeography in this series of paintings. It's defined as the hidden landscape of atmospheres, histories, actions, and characters that charge environments. I'm playing with memes as units of information, an exploration stemming from my interest in geography and personal symbols. Creating paintings that represent some of my preferences for organizing space with a hint at embedded meaning keeps me invested.
